If my phone is lost or stolen can anyone log in using an image of my fingerprint?

It is not possible to log in using an image of your fingerprint.

If you have more than one device active or are a card and reader user, you are able to deactivate the device yourself in Coutts Online or Coutts Mobile:

  • Select Personal Settings
  • Select Coutts Mobile
  • Select a device
  • Select Delete
